Chelsea MA: Person shot on Essex Street
Chelsea Police responded to a call for a shooting at 12 Essex Street Tuesday afternoon and found a man shot multiple times. The man, described as being an Hispanic male in his mid-twenties, was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. His condition is unknown.

I was walking my 4 yr old little girl home from school when it happened. She could have caught a stray. She saw the guy laying there bleeding out and moaning and said daddy I don't want the man to die. She was devastated. I hope these punks get what they deserve.
